✔ 2. NO Job Guarantee

I understand and agree that:

• Yuvaan Infotech is a job facilitation and career support platform.
• Yuvaan Infotech does NOT guarantee employment, interview calls, or job results.
• Final hiring decisions are made only by employers based on their requirements.

✔ 3. Use of My Information

I grant permission to Yuvaan Infotech and its registered franchise partners to:

• Create or improve my resume
• Apply for suitable job roles on my behalf
• Share my information with employers and verification agencies
• Contact me via WhatsApp, SMS, calls, or email

This consent is provided voluntarily and knowingly.

✔ 4. Candidate Responsibility

I agree to:

• Attend interviews seriously and respectfully
• Respond to communication from the platform
• Upload genuine documents when requested
• Follow instructions shared during training or placement support

Repeated non-cooperation may result in suspension of services.

✔ 5. Fees and Refund Terms

I understand that:

• Any registration or service fee (if applicable) is non-refundable once services begin.
• All payments must be made only through official modes.
• No unofficial or verbal payment shall be valid without an invoice from Yuvaan Infotech.

✔ 6. Platform and Service Limitations

I understand that technical interruptions, job changes, or employer delays do not make Yuvaan Infotech liable for:

• Loss of opportunity
• Delayed response from employers
• Changed job roles or compensation

✔ 7. Legal Compliance & Liability

I agree that:

• I am using the platform voluntarily.
• Yuvaan Infotech is not liable for employer decisions, rejections, or job availability changes.
• Misuse of the portal may result in legal consequences.

✔ 8. Binding Legal Acceptance

I acknowledge that:

• This digital acceptance is legally valid as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
• I am bound by this agreement once I click "I Agree" and submit my registration.

✔ 9. Dispute Resolution

I agree that any dispute, claim, or legal matter related to Yuvaan Infotech services or registration shall fall under:
